石榴菠萝蜜冰Mock Pomegranate Seeds(Thab Tim Krob)

【材料A】
马蹄300克(削皮切粒)、食品红色素些许、(木薯粉3/4杯、粟米粉2汤匙,混合一起)、菠萝蜜100克(切丝)

【材料B】
冷冻淡奶精3罐、盐1/2茶匙

【糖浆】(混合材料,煮滚成糖浆)
细砂糖125克、清水150毫升、班兰叶2片

【做法】
1.将马蹄粒放在红色素中浸泡约10分钟。
2.沥干并混入粉料,摇掉多余的粉,置放一旁待用。
3.将半锅的水煮滚,倒入马蹄,以大火煮至马蹄面团浮上水面。
4.将马蹄取出,随着将它倒进一碗冰水中约10-15分钟,沥干。
5.将糖浆和材料B倒入一个大甜品碗里搅拌均匀,加入预先备好的石榴籽和菠萝蜜丝。
6.盛入碗中,立即享用。

【Ingredients】
A:300g water chestnuts (peeled and diced), A little red food colouring, ( 3/4 cup tapioca flour, 2 tbsp cornflour, combined), 2 tbsp cornflour, 100g jackfruit(shredded)
B: 3 canned evaporated creamer(well chilled), 1/2 tsp salt

【Syrup】(Combine and bring to boil into syrup)
125g castor sugar, 150ml water, 2 sprig pandan leaves

【Method】
1.Soak diced water chestnuts in red food colouring for about 10 minutes.
2.Drain well and coat with flour mixture, shake off any excess flour and put aside.
3.Bring half a pot of water to a boil. Put in the floured water chestnuts. Boil until they float to the surface.
4.Remove water chestnuts with a slotted spoon and drop them into a bowlof cold water for about 10-15 minutes. Drain well.
5.Combine syrup with ingredients B in a big dessert bowl. Add in prepared mock pomegranate seeds and jackfruit.
6.Dish out into individual bowls and serve immediately.
